  • Movement & Exercise Plan - a 12-week strength training program accessed via online platform and tailored advice to achieve your fitness level and lifestyle.

HOW IT WORKS

Getting started is easy.

Once you sign up, you’ll receive an introductory email and scheduler to pick a time that suits your schedule.

You can choose the same time and date every month, or if your schedule is unpredictable, wait until it's most convenient for you.

Online visits are via Skype, Zoom, GoogleHangouts or telephone.

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU
