ONE-ON-ONE CONSULTS

You’ll get a 60-minute initial consult and bi-weekly 1-1 follow-ups online via Zoom. I’ll help you to reach your PEAK, by guiding you through a plan with simple changes in your nutrition, exercise and lifestyle practices that have powerful impacts.

Movement & Exercise Plan

You’ll receive a 12-week strength training program and tailored advice to your fitness level - all designed around solid, evidence-based science and the success of over 1,000 other clients.

Weekly Support

You’ll receive weekly targets and strategies to achieve them. Personalized remote support & insights via our online platform help you to develop the fundamental habits/principles and keep you accountable.

WEEKLY INSIGHTS

Each week, you’ll get articles, interviews and/or videos related to your weekly task to help understand the ‘why’ behind the science. The PEAK40 program is all about mastering the fundamentals.

WEEKLY GOALS

Online platform to develop the fundamental habits/principles. Together, we’ll set regular goals and keep track of your progress. Day by day, one step at a time, over the next 90 days.
